Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking a Customer Support Analyst in our Philadelphia office to act as the first point of contact for technology-related! support calls from attorneys and staff. Our Customer Support Analysts carry out first level customer support and basic computer support operations, and ensure that effective customer service is maintained in concert with the procedures and mission of the Customer Support Department. Requirements:
3 plus years of Help Desk Analyst experience, obtained within a medium to large law firm setting;
Knowledge of basic computer hardware and application support experience;
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
Working knowledge and experience with Outlook, Microsoft Office 2003/2010 Suite, Interwoven FileSite, Windows XP/7, Workshare, Innova , Call Tracking systems (HEAT, Remedy, Track-It or similar) and Active Directory;
Prior experience and an active role in Windows accounts, including experience in deleting, creating, assigning permissions and moving accounts;!
Ability to work independently and within a team environme! nt. Law firm experience is required.
