JOB DESCRIPTION/MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Senior DataStage Developer

Provides the following services:

• Develop data warehouse solutions for data acquisition and conversion using DataStage Enterprise 8.x
• Troubleshoot DataStage and SQL performance issues.
• Comply with established standards and procedures related to development activities (e.g., coding standards, version control, change management, etc.)
• Be able to coordinate with development teams off-shore (Chennai, India and Shanghai, China)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:

• A minimum of five years working with data warehouse and DataStage
• At minimum of three years working with DataStage Enterprise
• Understanding of data warehouse, SQL and ETL methodologies
• Expertise writing SQL statements and analyzing SQL perform! ance is a must
• Teradata experience is desirable
!
• Healthcare experience is desirable
• Working knowledge of at least one database product (Teradata, DB2, Oracle, or SQL/Server)
• Working knowledge of Unix OS.
• Working knowledge of Unix shell scripting language
