At least eight years related and transferable experience in prof! essional services management, technology, finance, project management, operations, demonstrated analytical and operation skills, ability to develop and cultivate strong professional working relationships with diverse colleague group, ability to engender motivation and confidence in all members of the Firm Relational database and OLAP cube experience Time and billing, accounting, profitability, business intelligence Strong organizational skills coupled with attention to detail and a strong record of follow-up Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with a demonstrated ability to present complex ideas to attorneys and staff Experience with or exposure with several of the following preferred: HTML, ASP, C#, VB scripting, Visual Basic; Structured Query Language; stored procedures, SSRS, Cognos and SSAS OLAP cubes. MS Access; BPC; Aderant Expert / SMSOpen; PeopleSoft Experience working with remote workers and experience working with individuals with a diverse back! ground Proven experience being able to communicate complex, te! chnical issues in an understandable manner to all levels of personnel.
