Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Description: Kelly Services is in need of Litigation Paralegal right now, this position will be settled in Pennsylvania. Further informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. 5+ yrs. exp. for personal injury plaintiffs position to support 2 attorneys to start immediately. Past experience should include auto accidents; pre-litigation, trial work. Paralegal certificatio! n or paralegal education is not necessary, so long as candidate has substantial, relevant experience. Pre-litigation responsibilities include drafting correspondence, medical records collection and organization, contacting insurance carriers, and preparing demand packages. Litigation responsibilities include pleadings, filings and service, motions practice, drafting discovery requests and responses, trial prep. No specialty software knowledge necessary, no billing or case management platforms but need proficiency in MS Office. The paralegal would support two attorneys and perhaps overflow if needed.
