Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group-level ceremonies.
- Support the Product Owner and Deliver Lead Delivery Lead in establishing a clear vision and roadmap as well as prioritising the product backlog ensuring it is aligned with the overall strategy.
- Align and collaborate with the project team to get visibility of any impediments.
- Support and encourage teams in managing risks and dependencies.
- Create a visible system of work, including managing the product backlog to have a clear view of progress with the Epics and Features.
- Coach squad members on how to effectively use Jira.
- Ensure that the progress of sprint goals and deliverables are easily visible within Jira.
- Managing technology delivery squads in an Agile model.
- Working on a large program of work with aggressive timelines.
- Be adaptable to the needs of the squad.
What you will bring:
- 2 + years experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including the ability to interact well with Executive and external stakeholders.
- Ability to share new findings and Agile best practices.
- Experience working on IT projects.
- Certifications in Agile.
