We are looking for a reliable individual to fill the position of servers. The ideal candidates for this position must be passionate about providing great customer service with a commitment to team work and regular attendance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year serving
- Passion for food and guest service
- Strong communication skills and great attitude
- Ability to stand for long
- Ability to speak Vietnamese language is a plus
Responsibilities:
- You'll be expected to answer menu questions, manage multiple tables, and support the rest of the FOH staff during your shifts
- Make smoothies and Vietnamese coffee
- Serve tables and manage customer expectations.
- Know how to integrate food, beverage, and ambiance; in order to create excellent restaurant experiences for guests.
- Provide customers with a complete dining experience in a timely manner.
- Create an atmosphere where guests feel important; and valued.
- Take phone, walk-in to-go orders.
- Rotate side work such as storage drink, clean the dining room and bathrooms
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
