This well-known, Center City firm is looking for an experienced (7+ years) plaintiffs' attorney with significant medical malpractice and/or nursing home neglect experience. NJ and PA bars required. Must have real experience in reviewing medical records to detect negligence. The right candidate, in addition to excellent legal skills, will also have genuine "people skills" and the ability to work closely and sympathetically with clients.
This is a position for a real trial attorney, must be able to go successfully to trial as a first chair. Compensation will be based upon experience and potential or actual business. This is a dynamic, growing firm, with dedicated, loyal attorneys and more variety than almost any other firm doing plaintiffs' work.
