DI687 VP/Relationship Manager in the Fulton Financial Estates Division located in Lancaster, PA
Administers specific ! types of accounts as assigned with guidance and advice from personnel in the Wealth Management Division.
Responsibilities/Duties Assists with estate administration
- Assembles assets and prepares inventory
- Reviews, verifies and pays claims from trust relationship, as needed and assists estate administration officers with claims against probate assets.
- Assists with preparation and auditing of all settlements, including taxes.
- As directed, paying bequests and distributing assets in accordance with the terms of the instrument.
- Confers as necessary with decedent’s relatives, beneficiaries, attorneys and others having an interest in the estate, trust or investment account.
College degree preferred.
8 to 9 years experience in administration of fiduciary accounts
Strong paralegal background that includes estate administration or an attorney that has a working kn! owledge with wills and estates.
