Our client is an equal opportunity employer.Overview: The Airport Operations Counsel is responsible for performing day-to-day transactional and compliance work for the Airports Division. S/he will oversee the review, drafting and negotiation of responses to RFQs/RFPs and the Division†s compliance with its active concession agreements, including DBE and ACDBE compliance. S/he is also responsible for overseeing all DBE and ACDBE compliance reporting on active contracts.Firm: Our client is a global leader in outdoor advertising.
With its key corporate partners, it creates one-of-a-kind airport advertising programs that include advertising, sponsorship, naming rights, product launches, digital activation, entertainment and video to ensure maximum revenue for each airport.Location: Allentown, PACompensation: Commensurate with experienceQualifications: •Required: o3+ years of experience as an attorney focused on corporate transactional matters.oS! trong analysis, problem solving, and research skills, with abi! lity to apply good judgment.oAbility to prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner.oAbility to interact effectively with all levels of employees/customers and align and integrate with other departments and sites within the company.•Desired: oFamiliarity with state, county and city public procurement process.oKnowledge of city and state DBE and federal ACDBE programs, regulations and reporting.oResults Focus: Taking a dynamic approach to work characterized by initiating decisions and actions. Concentrating on achieving the outcomes of a process or project while adhering to the overall strategy of the department. Creating a culture of accountability and performanceRelos: Yes, though local candidates are preferredBar: Current admission to a state bar and the ability to be admitted in PA as in-house counsel
