TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: Kennett Square, Pennsylvania

Description: The Judge Group is hiring TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER right now, this position will be depute in Pennsylvania. More details about this position opportunity please read the description below. The Technical Account Manager will be the third person on an existing team who will be charged with and responsible for managing the Field Service Technician from an account based perspective.
The canddiate should be technical and have a good understanding of Network Infrastructures but WON'T be required to go into the field as part of this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Making sure the technicians are providing work up to company standards
• Making sure the technicians are "pleasing" the clients business objectives
• Making sure the tech's are doing a good job overall, both technical and customer service
• Making sure that this chosen Account Manager can deal with Vendors properly, both personally and professionally

This candidate must be VERY detail oriented and be able to handle and conquer issues as they arise.

Again, this person won't be responsible for specific technologies or technical work, rather, they'll be looked at as more of an account advocate, making sure the accounts/clients are "getting what they're paying for."
