Beacon Hill Staffing Group is currently seeking a corporate attorney with experience in ! the Electrical Public Utility and Telecommunications Industries for our client, a corporate leader in shared wireless infrastructure, for their office in the greater Pittsburgh area.
Responsibilities:
Provide legal counseling, with a particular focus in the areas of contract, construction, and intellectual property law
Negotiate, draft and review contracts, service and vendor agreements, and scopes of work
Assist in the interpretation of contracts as well as assist in dispute management and resolution
Respond to legal inquires and assist personnel in addressing corporate legal issues
Train personnel on legal concepts, contract overview and company policies
Act as legal liaison for several internal departments
Qualifications:
Licensed attorney with a minimum of 2 years related experience
Experience in the Electrical Public Utility and Telecommunications Industries
Experienc! e with Contracts, Construction and Intellectual Property
Experience in providing legal advice on business and corporate matters
Superior communication skills and legal research and writing methods
Telecommunications experience preferred
