Manages, directly and through subordinates, operational activities for a large single functional unit or multiple sections. Directs nonexempt staff or a small entry-level exempt staff. Works independently on moderately complex issues and projects. Manages ongoing processing efforts and is accountable to manager for unit budget.

More specifically, Leads a team of 6 -10 team members that prepare moderate to complex court accountings for Wealth IFS trust clients;monitors team mailbox and assigns work items to appropriate team member for processing; provides guidance to team for State Specific Requirements/Rules as it relates to the Court Accounting; communicates and works with Internal Business Partners/Courts/Attorneys to resolve court accounting issues; works with courts and system vendor to establish procedures for electronic filing of court accountings; prepares i! nternal business partner/management reports for team activitie! s.

Basic Qualifications

4+ years operations experience including 1+ years leadership experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with lower to mid level operations team members, other contacts and other managers at the same level or one level higher. Demonstrated knowledge of departmental workflow processes.

Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with multiple levels of operations team members including senior level professionals and other managers at the same or higher level.

4+ years customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, or call center experience
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with lower to mid level operations team members, other contacts and other managers at the same level or one level higher. Demonstrated knowledge of departmental workflow processes.
Excellent written and verbal commun! ication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, especially Access and Excel
Very strong ability to manage multiple tasks, with varying deadlines, simultaneously
Basic accounting knowledge/experience
Good organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft suite Word, Excel, Access
Demonstrated Customer Service skills
Bachelor's degree
Experience with trust accounting systems such as SEI, and other internal applications
Personal trust and/or securities operations experience
