JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties & Responsabilities:
- Provides timely responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in- or outbound service center, consistent with service and quality standards Processes customer orders, bills and accounts, and applications for service, maintenance and termination
- Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints.
KSAs:
- Entry level job with little or no prior relevant work experience.
- Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks.
- Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy.
- Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and less than 1 year of experience; post-secondary school education may substitute for years of experience
