Seeking Professional Relations Coordinator who is exceptionally organized and highly motivated to influence referring practices. The PR Coordinator will work to implement marketing, education and growth strategies that benefit referring doctors, improve their personal and referral relationships
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
TEAM-TO-TEAM RELATIONSHIPS
- Become "the face" of our practice
- Put together and deliver care packages to referring offices
- Ensure referring practices are fully supplied with referral kits
- Email blast marketing, social media, online review monitoring/ strategizing
- Maintain summary of referral relationship status

CONTINUING EDUCATION & SOCIAL EVENTS
- Schedule specialist lunch meetings and conferences
- Follow-up email/contact to referrer after each meeting
- Coordinate and manage group social events for the doctor: Holiday parties, retreats, dinners, etc.
PROSPECTING & OUTREACH
- Build and reinforce relationships to current and new dentists to drive specialist value and create opportunities for alignment
- Meet with new dentists in community, new associates of existing referrers, etc.
Skills, Qualifications & Education Required:
- Relevant public relations experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong people skills (friendly, approachable, diplomatic, good listener)
- Ability to work independently and in the field (daily visiting practices)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented, resourceful, have a sense of urgency and attentive to deadlines
- Must be flexible, a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Vehicle required (local driving to referral offices)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
