Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of corporate law experience, which is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor's Degree and Juris Doctor from an accredited law school strongly preferred
- Requires appropriate State Bar membership for a corporate attorney practicing law in the location applied for (Pennsylvania) preferred
- Separately managed accounts legal experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations preferred
