Responsibilities:
ARAMARK is seeking a contracts administrator to support ARAMARK’s Sports & Entertainment business at its headquarters in Philadelphia. ARAMARK’s Sports & Entertainment business! provides food and beverage services, as well as facilities se! rvices and retail services at stadiums, arenas, amphitheaters, convention centers and other entertainment venues across the United States. The contract administrator position will report to the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for the Sports and Entertainment business.

Job Requirements

Review and analyze requests for proposals, invitations to bid and other solicitations, both public and private;
Review, draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial and government contracts, including, but not limited to, contracts covering outsourcing, supplier, subcontractor, consultant licensing arrangements and other legally binding documents;
Ensure appropriate scope of work is in place for all agreements;
Review and assist the business in preparing timely responses for proposals, bids and contractual modifications;
Draft memoranda, responses to RFPs and other correspondence relating to contracting and RFP processes;
Analyze contractu! al requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit procedure;
Identify and articulate fundamental commercial contractual risks and issues (e.g., indemnity, limitation of liability, insurance, etc.); provide advice on contractual rights and obligations;
Work with internal ARAMARK clients to resolve contractual issues;
Provide advice and support on compliance issues;
Manage and facilitate contract and amendment execution;
Work closely with the attorney and business unit leaders on commercial and regulatory issues;
Assist the Sports & Entertainment attorneys in litigation matters, administrative proceedings, government investigations and perform other tasks as required
Other duties as may be requested by ARAMARK Legal.

Qualifications:
BA required, J.D. or M.B.A. preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administrati! on performed in a law firm corporate legal department or government age! ncy. Familiarity with managing outsourcing arrangements preferred;
Exceptional detail-orientation and organization skills, with strong follow-through skills
Ability to work and think independently, possessing sound problem solving and analytical skills;
Responsive and client-service focused;
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
Exceptional drafting skills required coupled with strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office applications.
