Our client is currently seeking an experienced retail SENIOR DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS with a specialty food background for a growing retailer.
This job will have! the following responsibilities:
Day-to-day business operations & issues providing leadership and direction to the other functional managers: HR, Ops, Marketing, IT & Acct Implement best practices and the necessary SOP that will ensure consistency in profits and achieving operational excellence Provide the necessary leadership and operational practices to help the business reach the next level and its true potential
Qualifications & Requirements:
Retail experience managing in a multi-store environment as well as a corporate level leadership position Experience in a specialty/gourmet food environment and/or "foodie" experience Wholesale/Distribution experience a plus Entrepreneurial background/experience preferred Ability to interact with and lead the senior management team as well as a "roll up your sleeves and get it done" attitude.
