Our client, a Global Information Technology Company, is seeking an attorney for the position of Senior Attorney who will focus on Global Managed ! Services. This role requires someone who has previous complex outsourcing and infrastructure service transactions experience in the IT services and technology sector. The preferred location for this position is in Pennsylvania (near Philadelphia), however, this position can be home based giving it the flexibility to be filled anywhere within the continental United States. The role requires very minimal travel.
Candidates should have a minimum of 8 years commercial law experience with a significant focus on outsourcing transactions in the IT services and technology sector. Experience with information technology and global managed service outsourcing contracts required. Must be business-oriented and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of the outsourcing business and ability to serve as a key member of the outsourcing business deal team.
