CYLA is currently looking to build a strong team of commercial contracts and licensing attorneys within the technology, entertainment, energy and pharmaceutical industries.

CYLA has a growing national client base made up of Fortune 1000 corporations, mid-size corporations and law firms. We work hard to identify and develop onsite and remote secondment opportunities for CYLA team attorneys. CYLA attorneys come from a wide range of practice areas, typically having gained experience with boutique firms, AMLAW firms and/or corporate legal departments.
CYLA is looking to expand the depth of our existing practice teams, develop new practice teams, and expand our geog! raphical reach.
We are actively recruiting attorney c! andidates in several markets, including the Amtrak corridor (DC, Baltimore, Philadelphia, North Jersey, NYC metro and the Boston metro area), and California (Northern and Southern).
CYLA also works with members of our attorney teams to develop new opportunities for themselves and other CYLA team members.
