ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Scale, mix, work, proof & bake dough and batter
Decorate cakes

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple corre! spondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-o! n-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, sub-tract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage as well as draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
