A Leading national provider of payroll, human resource, and benefits outsourcing solutions for small to medium-sized businesses is seeking top talent in your area.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position involves prospecting, cold calling and networking within your assigned and protected territory. The goal is to schedule 12 appointments/week. You will also schedule appointments/meetings to increase and build your referral base which involves meeting with CPAs, Attorneys and Banks in your assigned territory. The interview process involves a series of interviews which includes a field observation.

BACKGROUNDS/REQUIREMENTS:
• OUTSIDE - 2 yrs min in outside sales w/documented results/achievements
• Degree strongly preferred
