Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Description: QUAD656 is presently looking of Patent Attorney right now, this vacancy will be reside in Pennsylvania. Due to growth our King of Prussia, PA client is actively seeking a Patent Attorney to join their growing staff. In this role you will draft and implement patent applications for various IP company ! technologies. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of progressive patent experience and must be a member of the PA and NJ Bar Association. Responsibilities:

• Draft patent applications
• Complete all licensing and agreements associate with IP patents
• Perform all due diligence necessary for new patent creation
• Develop and implement company wide business processes and strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree strongly preferred
• JD required
• Must be a member of the PA and NJ Bar Association
• Chemical engineering experience preferred
