Jury Research Consultant

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reputable litigation consulting firm has a full-time Jury Consultant/Jury Research Associate opening in both our, New York City and Philadelphia office. Ro! le is highly client-facing, and requires impeccable analytical and research abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Devise and construct jury research / focus group programs.
• Develop participant questionnaires.
• Facilitate attendees onsite and moderate focus group panels.
• Quantitative and qualitative interpretation of data gathered at research sessions
• Prepare and write reports with specific findings and strategic recommendations
• Develop graphic recommendations and strategies. Concisely communicate said strategies to graphic consulting team to bring concepts to fruition.
• Work with attorneys to communicate, integrate and implement strategic findings to create trial strategies.
• Trial observation and reporting.
• Write/publish industry related research articles or whitepapers.

Working hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm, Overtime and Travel REQUIRED

Experience/Abilities/Requi! rements:

• Ph. D. in social sciences or JD pref! erred.
• Experience in the litigation consulting or legal field is a plus.
• Ability to deal with a fast pace ever changing work environment.
• Software - PowerPoint, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), SPSS is a plus.
• Strong client interaction skills. Confidently communicate with clients in high-level positions (senior law partners, chief in-house counsel, and corporate managers).
• Ability to write in a clear, concise, grammatically precise manner.
• Work well in team environment. Ability to communicate with other disciplines such as graphics consultants and trial presentation consultants.
• Excellent project management skills. Must be detail oriented.
• Goal driven with desire to grow alongside a rapidly expanding organization.
• Strong public speaking skills.
• Responsible and dependable.
• Flexible with time and travel.

Please note, this position has the flexibility to be based out of! our office in Midtown, Manhattan, NY or Center City, Philadelphia, PA. Travel is REQUIRED. This is a direct hire opportunity with a competitive, compensation package, in addition to offering health, dental and retirement benefits.
