Requirements:
- Experience working in personal injury and/or workers’ compensation claims and litigation
- Ability to build a team and potentially advance into an executive leadership role
- Have existing relationships with either attorneys at plaintiff personal injury law firms, insurance defense litigation attorneys, claims handlers or claims executives within the general insurance claims industry
- Basic working knowledge of structured settlement annuities
- Candidates must be prepared to lead and develop business initiatives throughout their territory. This position requires significant in-field, face-to-face interaction with prospects and clients meaning local and regional travel throughout PA, OH and into parts of NY, NJ and MI (45-60%).
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of the Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) -- through experience (or self- taught prior to interviewing and upon o! n-boarding with the company)
- Sound business acumen an! d judgment embedded within a self-starter personality and work ethic
- Superior oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills that easily establish trust, credibility and respect
- Ability to be a strategic thinker with strong planning and execution skills
- Passion to work in a start-up company environment
- Flexible to work from either a home office or corporate office (available in Philadelphia, specifically Willow Grove)
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; law degree preferred
- 2+ years of sales experience with significant customer base (for attorneys, 2+ years of proven client development)
