Manage full cycle recruitment process for direct hire requisitions. Identify, engage and recruit scientific, clinical and regulatory candidates utilizing social me! dia, online and proprietary databases, industry associations and events, career fairs, networking opportunities, universities and candidate referrals. Skill code and classify candidates based upon work experience, education and career objectives. Contact and screen prospective candidates via phone, email and in-person interviews to assess skills and determine potential job matches. Build local and regional scientific and engineering talent networks. Manage company, candidate and job order information in customized ATS database. Research and maintain knowledge of industry news, trends and events. Industries supported: Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Clinical Laboratory,. Areas of expertise: Research & Development, Drug Discovery, Clinical Research, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Sales, Marketing and Business Development.
Qualifications:
BS degree preferably in Biology, Chemistry or other scientific di! scipline. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotech or a relate! d scientific/engineering industry. Experience in a recruiting or human resources role a plus. Must have behavioral based recruiting experience. Proficiency with internet search techniques, MS Office, LinkedIn and social media. Must be energetic, detail-oriented, organized and highly motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
