CYLA is working with a corporate legal department in Montgomery County who is seeking a par! alegal to work on commercial real estate matters. Paralegal will assist on high value commercial real estate transactions. Paralegal will be involved in drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, preparing closing documents, letters, leases, agreements of sale, options, letters of intent, construction loan agreements, financing agreements, bonds, closings, research on various matters including compliance, zoning and permitting requirements.
Paralegal must be have time management skills, be a self-starter, able to work independently and have demonstrated written communication skills. Impeccable verbal communication is also key, as there is a lot of client contact
This is a senior level position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience.
