Special Counsel is searching for qualified Corporate Transactional attorneys for a long-term contract position. Our client is seeking a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of general corporate transactional experience. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials in either an in-house or law firm setting. Ideal candidates will have experience with a variety of types of transactional matters, including:

• M&A transactional work
• Corporate governance
• Employment and vendor agreements
• Managing outsi! de counsel
