GP Strategies Corporation is seeking an LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator.
This is a full-time position with fully remote working however, you will need to be based in, or close to the client site in Dublin to attend meetings and/or training.

About the role
The LMS Administrator executes tasks in the LMS (Learning Management System) such as adding or modifying course / offering creation, roster processing, answering help desk inquiries, virtual Producer support and other various data entry and/or data updates.
Responsibilities:
- Creates, revises, and modifies learning activities in the LMS including:
Items
Scheduled offerings
Assignment profiles
Attendance status
Curriculum management
Exam creation
Standard reporting - Assign training
- Upload online content
- Basic content or exam development in Articulate Storyline or QuestinMark
- Produce virtual Instructor Led Training sessions via WebEx platform
- Create Level 1, 2 and 3 Evaluations
- Respond to all client queries via email in a timely manner and follow up with appropriate colleagues and peers as necessary to resolve any issues
- Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) to include basic troubleshooting and fixing user issues through answering questions and troubleshooting problems for end users by email or MS Teams screen share.
- Ensure all Content and Learner transactions are processed in accordance with the Client or GP Strategies policies and procedures
- Achieves established service level agreement (SLA) metrics
- Achieves established 99.9% accuracy rate for all administrative tasks
What we need
- Prior experience as an LMS Administrator or equivalent role preferred
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to absorb technical processes and apply them quickly
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required
We are seeking candidates who possess the following capabilities:
- Aptitude to learn software, operating systems and applications (this is not a heavy IT position, but we are seeking candidates who have an aptitude for learning and understanding technology)
- Detailed oriented with analytical thinking ability
- Superior organizational skills
- Possess superior English grammar and punctuation
- Helpdesk, administration and/or customer service type background
- Must be a self-starter
- Ability to work independently and in a global team setting, while managing competing priorities.
- Must be professional, well spoken, and able to interact with customers at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Products: MS Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams
- SuccessFactors and or Work Day Learning, Learning Management System experience a plus but not required.
