We’re searching for an Account Supervisor to join the team. In the role of Account Supervisor, you will manage and grow relationships with key clients and business partners such as Visa, Convera, Western Union, and more. You will need to jump in to quickly learn their business and ours and will build and nurture your connections and relationships with those clients. Understanding their business goals and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality services will be key in this position. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning. Ideal candidates will have an in-depth understanding of the payments industry.


**This is a REMOTE position, based in the U.S. Some travel will be required.**

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients at senior management levels.

  • Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business objectives, market dynamics, and industry trends.

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue organic growth.

  • Collaborate on the development of proposals, contracts, and pricing structures in support of new business pitches.

  • Participate in proposal pitches, presenting solutions to address client needs.

  • Lead and inspire a small team of account managers and executives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to maximize client satisfaction and success.


As an Account Supervisor, you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, finance, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience working in the payments industry (this is a MUST HAVE).

  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients and growing the business.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities

  • Exceptions communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines and priorities.

  • A high degree of tech-savvy

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 25%)
