Job Summary
The Administrative Sales Assistant job responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting the Sales Manager in planning, coordinating, and completing all required tasks for the sales process of renewable energy projects. The responsibilities include but are not limited to conducting research, event planning, creating, and distributing sales collateral, and organizing the CRM.

Responsibilities:
- Research - Assist with industry related research, including but not limited to: local and federal regulations, tax laws, utilities, incentives, grants, etc.
- Sales Collateral - Participate in the creation and distribution of company sales materials (digital, printed, and web based) including employee gear, business cards, case studies, testimonials, and project documentation.
- Scheduling - Coordinate scheduling of internal and external meetings in accordance with direction from Sales Manager.
- Outreach - Initiate contact and complete follow up as necessary with customers, employees, sales agents and industry contacts via phone, email and virtual meetings.
- Purchasing - Negotiate with vendors/consultants for quotes and estimates, place purchase orders for goods and services including work related materials, software licenses, and company gear. Submit receipt and invoices to accounting.
- CRM - Take relevant notes, assign tasks, and update records in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
- File Management - Upload, label and store files in cloud database following company standards and file labeling protocol.
- Event Planning - Facilitate the planning of company events including catering, event speakers, seating, AV equipment, proclamations, press releases and documentation.
- Sales Team Projects - Participate in and complete sales projects and tasks as they relate to company needs.
- Support Sales Manager - Provide support to sales manager(s) in the creation of sales materials, CRM maintenance, outreach, and other job related duties and tasks as assigned.
- Comply with and enforce Company policies and procedures.
- Provide regular and predictable attendance considering any rights to leaves provided by law or company policy.
