The Dishwasher is responsible for providing the restaurant with clean and sanitized utensils, plate ware, glassware and equipment.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
  • Ensures dishes are sanitized and available as needed
  • Sets up dish machine in the AM and closes machine in the PM according to company procedures
  • Maintains daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine
  • Washes plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots/pans and kitchen utensils according to sanitation and cleaning
procedures
  • Cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift

Requirements:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced working environment
  • Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 60 lbs. throughout entire shift and place these items on high and
low shelves in storerooms, walk-ins, and freezers numerous times throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours while maintaining a fun, and positive attitude
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities
