Live Chat Representative/ Call Center / Customer Service / Receptionist


 

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and services
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to empathize with customers and provide assistance
- Proficient in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in outbound calling and upselling is preferred
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
