Our client has an immediate opening for a Technical Support Analyst Trainer 70 Provide Help Desk support via answering the Help Desk via email desksi! de support oneonone training Input help desk calls in our call tracking system Support IT team members 30 responsible for training all new hires provide advanced and refresher classes recommend and evaluate new software attend training when required assist with softwarehardware upgrades and rollouts Help Desk bull Create setup and manage TrackIt Server log calls in database bull Provide telephone email and deskside support to end users resolving various technical issues Included but not limited to answering software questions fixing printers fixing documents etc When unable to provide support forward request to IT Specialist and Director for assistance or further followup bull Solve document and software issues relating to Word Excel Outlook iManage Deltaview Westlaw Elite Adobe Interaction Summation and any other network software issues bull Provide software support to all employees bull Use remote assistance to provide help desk support to our remote offices bull Cover he! lp desk on holidays Check blackberry after hours (nights and w! eekends) and provide backup assistance to Adaptive when the need arises bull Setup conference rooms with TV DVD laptop projector software databases etc bull Setup hub connections in conference room for various meetings depositions training sessions etc (including printer) bull Track and provide blackberry laptop printers and other equipment or software as requested by staff bull Previously acted as liaison between attorney and web host for Summation database (CommonSource and LextraNet) bull Troubleshoot bounced email issues including being blacklisted (in connection with IT Specialist and Director) Only provide this assistance at the discretion of other IT staff bull Troubleshoot citrix related issues bull Interact with IT group to resolve internet server laptop desktop printer blackberry and other land line issues bull Utilize external resourcesvendors to resolve hardware software problems as they arise (including printers and scanners) bull Setup new PCs and printers bul! l Synch Interaction contacts with Outlook and Blackberry devices bull Troubleshoot internet issues in all offices working with Verizon technical support bull Provide Meeting Place support reset and unlock passwords create new users bull Reboot and login into server as needed Training bull Software training includes Microsoft Office 20032007 Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Visio) Access FileSite (iManage) InterAction Deltaview Elite Summation CaseMap and TimeMap Able to Extract Elite Webview CaseMap and TimeMap Citrix Adobe Professional ECopy WestCiteLink bull Assist in training and support of Summation databases bull Design implement and deliver training curriculum in classroom for all new employees bull Provide oneonone desk sideondemand training daily bull Conduct monthly refresher classes on all previously trained software in classroom Assess learner performance by followingup with trainees after training and monitor skill utilization When necessary retrain users on! eonone if classroom environment proves unproductive bull As new softwar! e and applications are introduced learn new software and systems and develop training curriculum Attend outside training classes where appropriate to learn new applications Maintainupdate existing training manual and handouts bull Travel to remote offices to provide training classes for new employees and hold periodic upgrade training sessions bull Provide Skills Assessment classes for paralegals and secretaries bull Train staff to use Roxio CD creator bull Train attorneys on handheld device (blackberry) when necessary bull Provide Cisco telephone training and provide written instructions
