Candidate must have prior experience as a BA working on a Consumer Loan Originations System. N! OT BANK. Candidate must be able to work independently and excellent communication is a MUST. Candidate must be able to make complex ideas or situations clear, simple, and/or understandable. Expert knowledge of the system requirements definition (RD) processes and modeling methods and tools. Extremely high level of sound logic and analytical ability where problems are very unusual and difficult. Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry trends, directions and market experience; ability to relate them to own organization. Familiarity with company's information architecture and information management methodologies. Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional and local software architecture and infrastructure components. Familiarity with organizational systems, business, and data processes. Alters normal procedures to eliminate lateral roadblocks to get a job done and/or meet a customer request. Ability to work wit! h business representatives and apply business expertise to ens! ure quality and accuracy in articulating the business needs into technical application requirements. Highly developed oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Responsible for testing of new software development systems and applications. Responsible for supporting the systems definition process in developing applications by ensuring that requirements are accurately reflecting the business processes and understood during the design and development of the application. Responsible for developing and executing test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications. Knowledge of all phases of the quality assurance and testing process related to standard programs and issues. Responds to customer requests promptly and professionally. Understands how to work flexibly within organizational policies and procedures.
