Defines and maintains all Toptech reference data. This
data includes but is not limited to:
Stockholders, Stockholder custo! mers, Inventory products,
Stockholder products, Stockholder blend recipes, Tax
reporting data, Sunoco customer Master file maintenance,
Tank data, Carrier, Vehicle, and drivers in conjunction
with Load Permit TMS6 set ups. Requires interpretation
of throughput contract terms and direct interface with
customer base in order to establish requirements,
determine appropriate codes, allocation methodology and
blend recipes in order to ensure that customer
throughputs are correctly invoiced.
Provides support for additive changeovers, RVP
changeovers, etc., as support to the Terminals. Works
with additive vendors as required to determine injection
rates, potential blend changes and volumetric additive
reconciliation protocols. Once information is obtained,
sets up data for installs, retrofits and acquisitions on
Toptech and communicates changes to terminal managers
and supervisors. Acts as focal point for Toptech !
Stockholder reference data issues and set up. This
inc! ludes but is not limited to TDS or DTN connections.
Maintains Bill of Lading messaging files â€" product,
hazard etc. Documents reference file data maintenance
processes including any required SOX or control
documentation. Acts as liaison between terminal
operations, tax attorneys and financial professionals to
ensure that messages meet all regulatory requirements.
Acts as a liaison between terminal, business
development, and customers to ensure that messaging
meets specific customer needs.
Manages one Assistant Data Administrator and the Load
Permit Department, consisting of 2 nonexempt employees.
The responsibilities of the Load Permit Department
include controlling access to all SXL Marketing
Terminals per compliance with Office of Homeland
Security Plans; monitoring EPA vapor test certificates
to ensure compliance with air quality regulations;
processing and maintaining terminal access agreements
in! cluding insurance certificates to limit liability
according to commercial agreements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in I.T. or Business, or equivalent work
experience. Must have supervisory experience. Must be
familiar with interfacing systems and organizations;
have strong communications skills (verbal and written);
and be effective in communicating, coordinating and
implementing changes. Strong business computer skills
and the ability to learn numerous software packages.
Must be willing to be on call 24x7 and provide after
hours support.
