Description: University of Pennsylvania is looking of ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, LEGAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS right now, this career will be assigned in Pennsylvania. For detail informations about this career opportunity please read the description below. (LEP) will assist in the creation and administration of non-degree programs at Penn Law. The Associate Director will work in Penn Law's! Office of Legal Education Programs and report to the Executive Director for LEP. LEP includes law courses for current University students, the Law School's pre-college summer program, and its custom and open enrollment programs in US Law for international lawyers and law students, as well as future short-term programming for both attorneys and non?legal professionals. Among the primary duties of this position is responsibility for the daily administration of all LEP's including student recruitment, budget and expenditures, application review, program calendars, developing itineraries and chaperoning field trips, program surveys and more; assisting Academic Directors of each LEP including recruiting lecturers on various legal topics, organizing syllabi, tour plans, reading materials, course calendar, etc. on Canvas Learning Management System; coordinating with alumni and other Penn Law offices for student recruitment, new program development; conducting on-going competitive! review of Executive Education, Master and Summer Programs at ! Peer Schools both in the United States and abroad; promoting, public relations, marketing and web design to profitably launch and develop over time Penn Law Legal Education Programs; identifying and securing scholarship opportunities for qualifying LEP students; as well as support the Office of Graduate Programs as needed including reading student applications, assisting in the development of web and promotional materials, and developing student programming.

Qualifications

A Master's Degree or other advanced degree is strongly preferred; BA or BS required, as is2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Portfolio of creative, innovative, exciting work, demonstrating the ability to communicate with a highly educated and sophisticated audience, with a particular appreciation of cross-cultural communication. Established track record as collaborator in the workplace, within the immediate department and within a larger ins! titution.
