First American Title Insurance Company has an opening for a self-motivated team player to join our King of Prussia, P! A staff to cover Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
The Sales Representative will work with real estate and lending professionals to develop and retain a quality client base through the acquisition of new business and the maintenance of existing customers.
Job Summary:
Will interface with First American’s PA office staff as well as division management in carrying out the functions of the position.
- Builds client relationships, maintains and expands business with existing client base
- Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients and colleagues
- Develops a sales plan to include calls on and appointments with real estate attorneys, title companies, lenders and real estate agents
- Assesses individual client needs and develops, presents and implements a plan to meet those needs
- Is highly visible in his/her marketing area by attending and participating in real estate in! dustry functions
- Effectively creates and delivers gro! up and individual presentations to clients, target customers and industry groups
- Extensive travel in Southeast PA and South Jersey
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- 2+ years minimum outside sales experience, title/real estate or mortgage sales experience preferred
- Highly organized
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Formal sales training
- Proficient in MS Office
- CRM experience
- Must have valid, clean driving record
