BSA/AML Administrative Support Specialist

Location: Lancaster Pennsylvania

Description: Fulton Financial Corporation is in need of BSA/AML Administrative Support Specialist right now, this occupation will be placed in Pennsylvania. Description/Job Summary Performs a variety of complex administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality of all information. Utilizes Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and related system skills to produce reports, spreadsheets, presentation and letters. Must be able to work independently and take ownership of duties through completion.
Responsibilities/Duties 1. Preparing and tracking status of data and information related to letters, documents, dashboards, heat maps,! memorandums, reports and other BSA/AML material which are oft! en complex, regulatory and confidential in nature.
2. Developing and maintaining department-filing system, including maintaining accuracy of information (i.e. policies, procedures, and organizational charts) posted on the BSA/AML intranet site. 3. Will partner with BSA/AML Team in:
Identifying workflow improvement opportunities and implementing tools to increase effectiveness
Creating and coordinating reports and material for various Board of Director and executive meetings.
4. Managing the day-to-day administrative functions in the BSA/AML department to ensure efficient office operations. 5. Communicating directly, both verbally and in writing with directors, officers, employees, customers, government officials, attorneys and others.
6. Maintaining records, prepares reports, sets up meetings and performs other routine administrative duties in line with the department s services and functions including but not limited to:
Typing letters, reports, pro! posals, memos, etc. via PC word-processing and spreadsheet programs.
Setting up and maintaining files; opening mail.
Answering the telephone, greeting visitors, setting up appointments and meetings, etc.
Ordering supplies.
Arranging travel and hotel reservations.
Required Experience Must be highly proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office suite. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Education Associates Degree plus 3 years experience or 3 to 5 years related administrative experience with no degree.
