Provide support and training to attorneys and paralegals on eDiscovery review and document management systems and databases.
Assist in the preparation of documents and exhibits for depositions and trials.
Create and modify databases and imagebases, to include database administration, data manipulation and software utility creation;
Perform keyword searches and assemble documents for expert review
Interface with vendors for cost estimates and options
Consult with attorneys and vendors to establish or review search criteria to cull data scan documents into litigation support applications
Electronically bates stamp and label documents
Act as the point person in resolving software/hardware issues relating to the supported litigation support too! ls and other practice support applications.
Working k! nowledge of electronic discovery and a degree in relevant field of study or system-related technical certification required.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, and ability to follow instructions and procedures effectively
Ability to communicate by phone and provide information with courtesy and tact both internally and externally
Maintain good public relations with attorneys, staff and clients and observe confidentiality of client matters.
