HR Operations Director
The HR Operations Director role is aimed to build and lead cross-company HR Operations processes, infrastructure, and HR service delivery, to equip the business with real-time human capital insights and information that drives organizational and talent strategies.
The position reports to the Global Head of C&B and HR Operations.
The position will manage a global team of around 20 HR Operations analysts / experts (some as direct reports and some in different regions and divisions, as dotted line reports), and interacts closely with the HR organization, HRIS / IT, Operations and Finance.
Main responsibilities:
HR Services
- Lead a global HR Operations professional community comprised of the HR Ops teams across the business units and the regions
- Manage HR Services globally, providing ongoing support to managers, employees, and the relevant HR team members
- Manage all HR hire-to-retire processes, including SNOW platform management
- Oversee HR knowledge management, streamlining and documenting of HR processes and playbooks
Objective Management & Business Processes
- Lead HR QBR (Quarterly Business Review) process with the HR leadership team
- Perform data analysis to identify root causes of issues impacting performance
- Track progress of HR metrics and analyze people trends
- Create periodic executive presentations and detailed reports
Community of Practice
- Lead global HR operations Center of Excellence
- Managing all HR Operations community to become best of class domain
- Setting with the global teams periodic meetings, training, knowledge sharing, forums
Budget Management
- Lead yearly AOP (Annual Operation Plan) to set budget
- Manage the quarterly HR budget
WFP (Work Force Planning)
- Lead WFP per WF strategy – guide the Talent Acquisition team as well as the HRBPs on hiring trends and decisions (per site, per type of employee etc.)
- Manage and monitor company HC
Daily HR Operations
- HR focal point for – GDPR, Sox, Compliance, Contractors’ management with Global Operations, HR policies and procedures
- Manage the work and business flow of daily operations (e.g. Employee life cycle events, Data entry of employee lifecycle into Oracle etc.)
- Manage HR data integrity, as well as ongoing overview and monitoring processes
- PMO for cross-HR Operations projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering or Finance
- Experience in building and managing teams
- Extensive work experience as an HR Operations Manager, Sr. PMO or other similar role in a global organization
- Deep knowledge and understanding of process management and data management
- Experience developing visual dashboards; preferably with BI tool
- Proficient in MS Excel (including reporting, statistics, and data analysis) and HR ERP
- Experience in SuccessFactors and / or ServiceNow – an advantage
- Fluent in English
