Job Description:

Rocky Mountain Storage is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join our team as a Telephone Representative. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn and grow within the company. This position is primarily responsible for prospecting potential customers and maintaining contact with current customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and contacting new business opportunities
  • Maintaining contact with current customers
  • Effectively communicating with clients through phone and email
  • Utilizing the CRM system to track leads, sales, and customer service interactions
  • Utilizing our CRM system to track customer service interactions

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of previous telephone or other customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
