ProSpireBPO is a leading call center company that provides high-quality services to clients in various industries. We are looking for fluent English speaking call center agents who can make outbound calls to potential customers and transfer them to our clients’ sales representatives.
As a lead generation agent, you will be responsible for:
- Making cold calls to prospects and qualifying them based on their needs and interests.
- Transferring the qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives of our clients.
- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Accomplishing sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Being punctual and adhering to work schedule.
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Fluent/ Native English language skills (required).
- Inside or outside sales experience (required).
- Previous customer service experience (preferred).
- Verbal communication, phone skills, listening, data entry skills, people skills, Sales skills, Live transfer skills, customer service, attention to detail, professionalism, and multi-tasking skills.

- A full-time job with a base salary of $5.00 /hr per hour plus strong commissions. (Top performers making more than $20.00/hr)
- A convenient 7am-3pm Monday-Friday schedule (8am – 4pm from November until March)
