VP/Associate Council-Bank Regulatory
Fulton Financial Corporation is seeking a bank regulatory attorney to join the Lega! l Department in Lancaster, PA. The successful candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree and more than five years’ experience in a law firm or corporate setting. This position
will have primary responsibility to oversee regulatory examination management, including pre-examination preparation, drafting responses to examination reports and supervisory communications and synthesizing examination findings. This position also will be
responsible for monitoring and analyzing regulatory and legal developments affecting the organization and advising business lines as appropriate. Strong knowledge of financial regulations affecting commercial banks is required. Also required are strong problem-solving,
analytical, communication, interpersonal, writing, organizational and project management skills. Substantial drafting and editorial experience is preferred. Qualified candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment and must be able
to meet fi! rm deadlines. The successful candidate must be admitted to and! in good standing with the bar of at least one state, with admission in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware or Virginia preferred.
