Genesis Healthcare currently has a full time opening for a Private Collections Specialist in our Kennett Square office.

The Private Collections Specialist will collect private balances turned over to the Satellite Accounts Receivable Support Unit from all centers in the North East. This will include telephone collections, letters requesting payments and advanced collections with attorneys, collection agencies and small claims court.
Experience in the healthcare sector a plus (nursing homes, hospital or Doctor's office).

Qualifications :
Must have experience with long term care and collections.
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurance.
Skills required: professional telephone skills, very organized, comfortable with diversified collection tasks.
