First American Title Insurance Company has an opening for a self-motivated team player to join our Pittsbur! gh, PA staff.
The Agency Sales Representative will work with with real estate attorneys, title companies and other industry professionals to develop and retain a quality client base through the acquisition of new business and the maintenance of existing customers.
Job Summary:
Will interface with First American’s PA office staff as well as division management in carrying out the functions of the position.
- Builds client relationships, maintains and expands business with existing client base
- Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients and colleagues
- Develops a sales plan to include calls on and appointments with real estate attorneys, title companies, lenders and real estate agents
- Assesses individual client needs and develops, presents and implements a plan to meet those needs
- Is highly visible in his/her marketing area by attending and participating in real esta! te industry functions
- Effectively creates and deliver! s group and individual presentations to clients, target customers and industry groups
- Extensive in-state travel
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience
- Title, real estate or mortgage sales experience is preferred
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- CRM experience
- Must have valid, clean driving record
- Highly organized
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Formal sales training
