JOB SUMMARY/ JOB OVERVIEW :
We're searching for a motivated and organized Dishwasher who enjoys working in a fast-paced culinary environment as part of a team. The dishwasher's responsibilities include washing of wares such as plates, bowls, cutleries and glasses. They may also be called upon to restock supplies, assist in the preparation of cook stations, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean garbage cans, and perform other tasks as required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware..
- Cleaning and replenishing stations in preparation for the following shift..
- Sweeping and mopping the floors, particularly if anything is broken or spilled.
- Assisting other members of the restaurant staff with various chores as needed.
- Kitchen mishaps and food safety infractions should be reported.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimal work experience.
- Hard working and Organized
- Willingness to follow all food safety regulations.
