Job Description
- We are seeking a high performer to compliment our Business Development Team
- You will be responsible for our catalog of Brands and Products, ensuring our Merchant Partners are current and optimized for success
- Manage product and data assets
-Onboard new product
-Leverage data templates to create a best in class on-site digital merchandising experience
- Manage day-to-day business with Merchant Partners such as Amazon, Lumens, Home Depot, Overstock, etc.
- Manage a portfolio of high-profile eCommerce Partners as the primary point of contact
- Proactive phone/email communication, responding to requests, reviewing sales trends and opportunities, and supporting the growth of our partnerships
- Exhibits strong leadership skills, ability to communicate effectively, possesses excel and data/content merchandising skills
Responsibilities
- Own and be accountable for our Product Catalog, ensuring product is current, optimally merchandised, and promoted
- Perform content distribution, pricing updates and promotional support
- Develop and demonstrate expertise with Partner specific product management processes and platforms
- Understand and report on catalog completeness, partner compliance and merchandising optimization efforts
- Support our internal Team of Account Services, Order Administration and Asset Creation to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal customer service
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years related professional experience in the eCommerce space
- 1+ years of eCommerce and Product Merchandising experience working directly with a major eRetailer
- 1+ years of Account Management or Client Success experience preferred
- Working knowledge of digital technology
- Demonstrated knowledge of common eMerchandising practices
- Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
- Ability to take charge of projects and proactively resolve issues from start to finish
