- Schedule loan closings in accordance with client requirements
- Interact with client to update/resolve schedule status and delays
- Create and maintain reports/spreadsheets
- Primary contact for borrowers, realtors, brokers, clients, etc in the closing process
- Generate and deliver documents and instructions to the borrower for them to complete the online closing
- Contacting mortgage borrowers to determine their interest in closing their refinance over the internet and setting them up in our system for the process.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to flourish in fast paced environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Good negotiation skills.
- Proficient typing skills
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional behavior

Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years mortgage lending or consumer lending experience
- 2-4 years Administrative/Customer Service experience
