Also prepares files to be submitted to underwriting and obtains all outsta! nding conditions within commitment and contract dates. Follows up on necessary documentation and communicates with borrowers, attorneys and Loan Officers. Communicates with borrowers, attorneys and Loan Officers. Monitors mortgage pipeline to ensure timely processing of mortgage files. Obtains, reviews and approves necessary asset and employment documentation. Prepares files to be submitted to underwriting and obtains all outstanding conditions within commitment and contract dates. Reviews LP and DU findings and credit reports.
HS Graduate or Equivalent Between 3-5 years of experience Previous experience as a Processor; knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, CFHA, investors and regulatory guidelines along with LP & DU experience. Ability to work effectively in a team Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience with UNIFI is a plus PC skills
