We are currently looking for a professional individual to join Weichert Title Agency, as a Full Time Conveyancer . The qualified candidate will work out of our Fort Washington, P! A Office .
Duties and Responsibilities are:
Receive and place all title orders
Address any issues/requirements on title commitment
Prepare estimated HUD-1’s for review by all parties
Maintain verbal/written communication with all parties
Prepare file for closing/forward to closing dept
Regular contact with attorneys, real estate professionals and clients
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
NJ Title License required or willing to obtain within 4 months
Must have 2-3 years title experience
Excellent Typing and Computer Skills
Integrity and Sound Judgment
Excellent Communication Skills
Requires analytical and strict attention to detail.
Ability to handle difficult situations efficiently and in a timely manner is a must.
